I am an individual and family therapist with over 30 years of experience in the field. I work with adults experiencing problems with depression, anxiety, marital and relationship issues, eating disorders, sexual abuse and post-traumatic stress disorder. I utilize integrative therapies that emphasize cognitive behavioral methods and mindfulness strategies.
