I have been in practice since 2008, and I have experience in supporting children, adolescents and families through a range of presenting concerns. I have training in multiple treatment modalities: Behavioral, Cognitive-Behavioral, Play Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and analytically-informed therapy. I take an integrative approach and draw from all my training to tailor treatment to your needs and the needs of your family. My experience includes: Fellowship in Family Behavior Therapy at UNLV; Consultation for UNC TEACCH; work in multidisciplinary clinics, adjunct teaching, supervising practicum students. and running support groups.
Areas of expertise include treatment of: anxiety; depression; trauma; grief and loss; treating patients with pediatric, developmental and neurodevelopmental concerns (ADHD and Autism Spectrum). I have a sensitivity to the needs of military families, LGBTQ+ clients, and the needs of minoritized groups.
I am available for consultations, short-term, and longer-term psychotherapy. I have expertise in developmentally-informed treatment for children and adolescents, and in supporting children and families with co-occurring concerns. I also can work with caregivers.
