I work with neurodivergent individuals, the LGBTQIA+ community, and those impacted by relational trauma or systemic oppression. In a world that often feels unsafe and invalidating, it’s common to be stuck in survival mode—and that’s not your fault. You might struggle with expressing your needs, setting boundaries, or forming healthy connections. Chronic anxiety, depression, and dissociation are all common responses to trauma. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where healing, empowerment, and authentic connection can take root and thrive.
I use a trauma-informed, somatic approach to help clients heal from past traumas and reconnect with their bodies. Trained in various trauma modalities, I tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. As an autistic person and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth.
If you're navigating a system not built for you, I see you. The world can feel unsafe, leaving you in survival mode. Struggling to set boundaries, connect, or find peace is understandable. I offer a safe, compassionate space where healing and connection can begin. You’re not alone—reach out when you're ready.
