I’m passionate about providing a therapeutic relationship with clients of all ages and I believe in the dignity and worth of each person. I consider it a privilege to be able to walk with someone through their fears and hurts, and help them to experience healing and restoration. I can provide telehealth counseling support via phone sessions, and/or zoom video. I am non judgmental, open, and honest with my clients.

My counseling style is person centered and strength-based, rooted in mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy. I am trained in substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma, grief, anger, parenting classes and Christian counseling skills
