I have a lot of experience and trainings in various therapy approaches and will pull from each on to meet your specific needs.
I specialize in working with women (13+), experiencing anxiety, burn out, self doubt, trauma, and ADHD. I will help you find tools to help you with your anxiety, build self-trust and make healthy boundaries. Therapy with me will be like talking to a friend who can be objective and is trained to help with the difficult stuff.
