I create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to release anxiety, develop deeper awareness, and gain an understanding of what has kept you stuck in unhealthy cycles and negative self-perceptions. For clients desiring faith-based treatment, I help them explore their relationship with God and faith where they feel disconnected instead of living free.
I specialize in eating disorders/disordered eating, negative body image, self-worth, life transition, unhealthy relationship patterns and trauma. I enjoy helping my clients understand & heal their relationship with themselves, food, their body (including beauty & pleasure), and faith.
I transform my client's lives by helping them understand their own needs and how to care for them rather than only focusing on others around them.
