About
Reaching out for help when we are at our lowest is one of the most valiant acts of bravery we can accomplish. My name is Jessica (she/her/hers) and I am a cis-female ally. I have a passion for helping others unlock potential in their personal and professional lives by assisting them in overcoming mental hurdles through a number of evidence-based/informed practices. I look forward to welcoming you into a virtual therapeutic space where you’re comfortable expressing yourself without judgment while learning crucial skills to help improve the quality of your mental health.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults that may struggle with Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Mood Regulation Disorders, Grief & Loss, Body & Gender Dysphoria, LGBTQ+ & Transgender Matters.
I have eight years of experience in the social work field and am enthusiastic about helping to empower others to reclaim and maintain positive mental health habits. I enjoy educating clients on utilizing coping skills that help regulate the parasympathetic nervous system.
