The highway of life can sometimes become quite complex. Yet, who said you had to take the highway anyway? Helping others work toward building a better understanding of the effects of their past while also constructing the best version of their current selves is what I love to do.

To me, the word "normal" is subjective and love helping clients find what defines that word for them.
