While versed in many modalities, I primarily use: CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Person centered, Mindfulness and a splash of reality to assist and improve an individuals needs and desires. I also facilitate inter-racial couples counseling, depression, and anxiety. I firmly believe that 'YOU' know the answers and my job is to get 'YOU' to them.
