I specialize in a variety of areas that include play therapy for children dealing with a variety of issues. For teenagers I offer talk therapy that uses age appropriate playful and expressive tools. I work with parents and families to build skills and strategies needed for growth. I have a particular interest in women's issues of anxiety, depression, abuse and trauma.

My ideal client is someone who understands that change is an inevitable part of the life cycle and is willing to work towards accepting that process. I work with a variety of mental health issues in children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
