I provide individual tele-therapy services to adults 18 years and older. Areas that I specialize in are: anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress management. Within those areas, I hope to specifically help support women’s maternal mental health and helping them throughout all parts of motherhood- including infertility, fertility preservation, pregnancy after infertility or loss, perinatal and post partum mood disorders, and all things motherhood. Together we will work towards decluttering your mind and developing and strengthening coping strategies, enabling you to live your life more confidently and to the fullest.

Shannon believes that an effective counseling relationship is built on trust, empathy, and acceptance. Her warmth and genuineness provide the foundation for her practice. She loves working with parents and parents-to-be who are navigating challenges in every stage- from infertility to perinatal concerns to parent coaching and special needs parent support. Shannon also enjoys working with clients who are walking through anxiety, grief/ loss, and trauma. Ed from University of Houston and a M. Ed. in Counseling from Sam Houston State University. Hi, I'm Kate! I am a Marriage & Family Therapist, licensed in California, Colorado, Texas, and Florida. My background includes 12 years of working with adolescents and children in public school settings, as well as adolescent clinical settings including juvenile detention facilities, inpatient mental health facilities, and adolescents substance abuse recovery programs. My history specializes in working with adolescent substance abuse/addiction and teen anxiety. Additionally, I have experience working with grief, anger management, impulse control, and depression.
