Clients I work with often need help improving their self-esteem, navigating the intricacies of interpersonal communication, and working through blueprints of the past that are negatively impacting them in the present, working together to build a new future. I often function as a sounding board with the ability to see situations from a different perspective, while offering problem solving, guidance and unconditional regard.
I specialize in transforming family systems and engaging adolescents in the therapy process. This doesn't mean you have to bring your whole family in, but you are welcome to! I excel in helping you process trauma, and give you the therapies and tools to thrive at home, work, school and relationships. I am client-centered, trauma-informed, and on your side.
As a therapist and mother of 2, I am skilled at working with people, especially teenagers. Initiating counseling can be a vulnerable experience and my goal is to make the process as comfortable as possible.
