Hello, my name is Dave Yoble. Over the past ten years of therapy, I have worked with people from all walks of life, from children to adults, covering issues from emotional struggles to identity issues to major life crises. I have seen the most progress with clients who are self-aware of their situational problems and are motivated to look into and process their past struggles. As we explore and connect with your emotional and physical history, the goal is for you to find your own answers, utilizing vulnerability, honesty, and trust.
My goal is to create a safe and trusting environment for you to connect with your thoughts, feelings, and passions. Often times, we know what is wrong, but we don't know how to fix it. Other times, we have no idea what keeps getting in the way. By putting trust in me, my clients learn more about themselves, which helps them find the path towards relief.
To be a good therapist, you also have to be a good client. I am proud of my own mental health journey and have been an advocate for mental health awareness my entire life.
