Our goal is to provide guidance and support for individuals to reach their goals by helping them manage their thoughts and emotions. The therapeutic relationship is essential for a strong counseling alliance. Our role in a therapeutic relationship is to form a dialogue, where I am a nonjudgmental helper rather than an expert. We work with individuals who face a range of social, emotional and behavioral needs. We use a person centered approach, aimed to assist the individuals with their specific needs.
