I am a military veteran with in depth experience in the military and civilian community working with individuals, couples, and families dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, spiritual/religious issues, marital and relational conflict. I provide a non-judgmental support structure partnering with my clients to achieve agreed upon goals.

I enjoy helping people who feel hopeless and feel like they have no way out, experience an 'aha' moment that allows them to love again, feel again, and become who they were purposed to be before they were derailed by life and traumas. I find pleasure in helping others live with purpose, on purpose! I also enjoy helping couples improve communication, intimacy, family issues, and how they relate to each other. I'm an Italian – Ghanaian Immigrant and I understand what its like to face uncertainty. At young age I immigrated to the U.S and had to deal with all of life’s curveballs: parental divorce, adjusting to new culture, anxiety, depression, etc. However, I learned what it means to be resilient. Resilience takes vulnerability and courage. It takes believing you will make it out on the other side. I understand what it is like to face life’s pressures and questions: what if I fail, and what if I am not good enough?
