We provide an enthusiastic and fresh brand of therapy that blends traditional empirical therapeutic techniques with a new and modern approach. The 1up staff will create an individualized treatment plan to help you tackle your goals step by step. Equipped to handle both individual and family/group therapy, our sessions are focused, and our counselors are prepared to arm you with the skills you need to function at your best.
1up Counseling is prepared to help with many of the common obstacles you might be facing, including (but not limited to) self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and stress management. We offer the convenience of telehealth, and also have a game room for children and teens who need a safe and fun place to go.
