I am a licensed mental health counselor and certified alcohol and substance abuse counselor with 10 years of experience, helping adult clients to achieve recovery and improve their overall quality of life. My primary focus includes treatment for people who are experiencing substance abuse, gambling, depression, and anxiety, issues. The goal of therapy is to better understand how your emotions, thinking and behavior is impacting your life.
