I manage medications for individuals with anxiety or depression, new patients exploring medication for mental health, and those needing prescription renewals. NOTE: I do not provide therapy/counseling sessions.

I like to take a collaborative approach with my clients to provide objective guidance assisting with identifying their needs- conducive towards their goals that they want to achieve for themselves. I enjoy channelling positive energy in session to transfer momentum for my client to see the best version -they see in themselves.
