I have been counseling professionally since 1999 and offer my clients expertise in treating anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, and trauma, as well as creating more ease, safety, worthiness, and satisfying connections with others. I am a certified EMDR therapist & use EMDR to resolve traumatic or upsetting events from clients' pasts that continue to intrude into their present-day lives. I have trained in parts work (Internal Family Systems, ego state work, parts of self) since 2005, and use it to help people resolve inner conflicts that keep them stuck, and lower their automatic defenses that keep them isolated, angry or avoidant.

With a dynamic team approach, our strength lies our professional diversity which allows us to treat even the most complex set of mental health, substance-use, trauma and life-change issues in a comprehensive and integrative manner. Just as no two individuals are the same, neither are two situations, despite obvious similarities. I work with those who have had enough with addiction running their lives and realize it is time to make a change. It is my belief that you must learn how to live a sober lifestyle in order to address the deeply embedded issues that lie underneath any addiction. Once you've attained sobriety, we can then look at the roots of addiction that often lay in depression or anxiety that drugs, alcohol, and other habits have helped us avoid. Working together, we can heal the underlying issues that cause us to turn towards addiction and learn how to live happy, joyous, and free.
