Hi, My name is Shaun Hill. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Texas with over 15 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, marriage and family, parenting problems, career issues, OCD, trauma, and ADHD. My counseling style is warm and non invasive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion.

Our office is now open for in person visits and telehealth visits. Jessica is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

Some of the issues I have worked with include addiction and recovery, depression, anxiety, stress, autism spectrum disorder, conflict resolution, anger management, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), ADHD, ADD, OCD, grief and loss, career challenges, and relationship issues to name a few. My counseling style is warm, empathetic and direct. I believe in empowerment and self-confidence and treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don't believe in labeling and I am determined to be unbiased and objective so as to meet you right where you are.

Trauma informed therapy addresses the complex ways in which trauma can affect a person's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and seeks to create a safe and supportive environment in which individuals can begin to heal from their trauma.

I have been helping people move from problems to new possibilities in their loves for about 15 years. She's been working in the field since 2010 and has a Master's degree in clinical psychology from Argosy University in Chicago. Megan is licensed as both an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) in Illinois and is now an LPC in Texas.
