I am a full-service mental health and chemical dependency counseling service. I work closely with local physicians to serve your entire family for all of your counseling needs in all stages of life. I am committed to providing comprehensive services to my clients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The ideal client is one that is willing to work in session and practice out of session. I work best with clients that are willing to be honest and raw with me. I respect someone that can voice their truest thoughts/feelings/and behaviors because I will be equally direct with my identification of distortions in their thoughts and actions. The greatest acceptance of ourselves can only be achieved with an honest look inward. This honesty allows us see what strengths we desire to build and what needs we can reduce. With this direct, loving, and accepting approach, the counseling process can be maximized in its efficacy.

I received my Master of Arts in Counseling with a concentration in marriage, couples, and family as well as a certification in play therapy from Sam Houston State University. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Texas A&M University. I am Level 2 certified in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and am supervised by Marion Marold Vickerman LMFT-S.
