I can help using existential, humanistic, psychodynamic principles to work on relationships with the self and those around you. Whether spirituality is your style or not, the existential framework can provide insight into the meaning of life and the journey to self-fulfillment.
I use techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help clients with whatever struggles they may have. These interventions are intended to be tailored to the individual and meets the client where they are in their personal journey.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I can provide assistance with issues of self-esteem, relationships, boundaries, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, coping skills, and a multitude of other potential problems.
