If you are looking for a safe, welcoming space, where you can show up as your most authentic, vulnerable self, you are in the right place. It is my mission provide a safe space for people to be themselves and to encourage authenticity. As your therapist, you do not need to compartmentalize. You do not have to feel the need to only reveal a certain part of yourself. You can be your whole self, flaws and all, and we will use that to encourage growth, healing, and becoming your highest self. My therapeutic style is relaxed. My style is compassionate, non-judgmental, but also direct, so you never have to do the work of second guessing.
I have experience working with women with trauma. I am certified in Trauma-focused CBT. I am a LGBTQIA+ friendly therapist. I have worked with clients who have been impacted by depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. One of my passions as a therapist is Women's empowerment. At this time, I am only offering individual counseling.
If you feel that I could be a good fit for you, please reach out. I am excited to work with you and help you navigate any stressors that are preventing you from living the life you desire.
