I am trained and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy, trained in Perinatal Mental Health, Polyvagal Therapy, Trauma Sensitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, yoga/meditation and CAMS therapy.
