All of us at Courageous Counseling Center practice from a trauma-informed lens, are collaborative, interactive, inclusive, and non-shaming, and use a relational way of being with clients. Our work is influenced by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, and Somatic Psychology.
