I currently work with children, adolescents and adults. My goal as a counselor is to meet each of my clients where they are and build a relationship that empowers them to move forward through whatever obstacles they are encountering in their lives. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor(LPC-S). I attended the Mississippi College and received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology minor in Biology. I also received my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling from Mississippi College. Currently trained in EMDR and TF-CBT which is the golden standard for trauma therapy. I strive to help people achieve their full potential and purpose in life. I believe every person has unique value and I desire to help each client meet their maximum potential. My specialties include bipolar disorder, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and Immigration Evaluations.

People do not come one size fits all, but one thing that can meet the needs of many is empathy. The ability to sit with another person in their pain, confusion, or fear is powerful. My goal with clients is always to meet them where they are and be present with them as they navigate life's ups and downs.

I help my clients identify and resolve underlying issues contributing to anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationship patterns and more. Our meetings will offer you a time to be able to understand yourself & your behaviors more fully, and also be challenged to change the behaviors that are no longer serving you. Clinical psychoeducation & homework will be tailored to your specific goals. I endeavor to make my therapy room a place where you will feel seen & supported, while also being equipped with the skills and information to make the changes you desire.
