At the core of my therapeutic technique is the strengths' perspective along with person-centered therapy and CBT and DBT skills training. I am genuine and passionate about meeting my clients where they are, and helping them get to where they want to be. Another passion of mine is utilizing horses in the therapeutic process. I am now Eagala certified.
