Using the therapeutic relationship to explore new ways of being in relationship with self and others, you will build new habits from experiential awareness, and find meaning & purpose. My approach is based on developmental and attachment theories and begins with the most basic intention: total acceptance of all aspects of the self. I operate on the premise that acceptance brings us into conscious relationship with the many parts of ourselves that were exiled in order to be loved by others.

Sometimes we all need a word of encouragement, and sometimes we may need help focusing on a new perspective, plan or strategy to help get us unstuck from a current situation. Clients are offered a judgement free environment, they are met and accepted right where they are at in life and given "help for today," so they can have more "hope for tomorrow."

I primarily serve as a Clinical Social Work Supervisor for PACE. My desire is to provide a wholesome, holistic, authentic, and collaborative supervision setting for my colleagues who wish to pursue licensure in Colorado. I live between two states, Colorado and Nevada, and continue to serve adults and older adults as an outpatient telehealth therapist at Grand Valley Wellness and Northern Horizon Behavioral Health. I've always worked in rural areas where innovation and creativity are necessary to provide for the needs of people from all walks of life.

Although I am not accepting new clients for therapy, I am currently scheduling clients for diagnostic evaluations and screenings for Autism. I also run a free autism class for the community.
