Hi, my name is Alysann and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 6 years of clinical experience. My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, which means I will empower you by building on your strengths. I specialize in OCD, Anxiety, Depression, Alcohol Addiction, Eating Disorders, Sleep/Insomnia, Stress, Self-esteem, Coping Skills, and Chronic Pain. Eric Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Eric attended Hunter College, which is part of the City University Colleges of New York (CUNY), where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. Eric then earned his Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has a diverse clinical background, having provided outpatient therapy, intensive in-home, and multisystemic therapy (MST) for adults, adolescents, and families with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. He has also provided mental health services to adults and children with traumatic brain injuries and cognitive challenges.

I enjoy working with teens and adults on issues related to anger, ADHD, adjustments, depression, anxiety, PTSD and self-esteem. Teaching teens how to cope in this often times chaotic world is a passion of mine, but I also enjoy working with adults and teaching them how to decrease distorted thinking and create a life they love living. Self-awareness, self-regulation, self-soothing, and self-determination are fundamentally important for healing and I ask the questions that will help you understand your own barriers and teach you the skills that will empower you to change.
