As a licensed therapist for over 20 years I have worked extensively with clients suffering with depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. In my practice I help clients with mental health issues while incorporating a 'total well being' approach with each client. I am also a Distance Credentialed Counselor/Board Certified-TeleMental Health provider (BC-TMH).
I strive to help each person attend to both mental and physical health and develop a healthy lifestyle. My training in teaching, coaching, and health and sport psychology aid me in helping people accomplish their goals. I provide couples, adolescent, family and individual counseling.
