I have been a therapist for over 9 years in Idaho and have worked with individuals struggling with Bi Polar, Autism, PTSD, Depression and Anxiety. I have worked with individual who have ADHD and Trauma. Currently I am offering mental health counseling via video for clients who are able to pay privately or who have Medicaid as their insurance carrier
I see all people as holding beauty and strength of their own. We all have a story to tell and we all can achieve our dreams. Sometimes we forget how to move forward in our own lives and we need a helping hand to guide or support us as we walk through our own journey of life.
