Learning the Art of Mindfulness
Ever wonder what mindfulness is? Curious how it can be helpful in the treatment of depression or anxiety? Unsure how to get started? This group will discuss the science behind the concept and teach basic skills that anyone can incorporate into their daily lives. Come join us in the new year as we explore the basics of mindfulness practice. This group is intended for adults. We will meet for 6 weeks beginning January 10th on Wednesdays from 1-2 pm.

Discovery Group for Teens
Group therapy helps teens develop support in the recovery process, learn from shared experiences and gives teens the opportunity to help others. This group incorporates discussion, experiential activities, mindfulness and limited yoga tools to uncover personal struggles and explore solutions. Teens learn emotional regulation, healthy relationship dynamics, improved conflict management skills and build self confidence. All members take an active role in creating and participating in group activities to develop commitment to the group and leadership skills. The group is intended for teens in high school. We meet weekly on Mondays from 5-6 pm.
