Hello there and welcome! My name is Ashley and I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I enjoy working with young adults, parents, and women. I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, parenting, relationships, and self-esteem. I also enjoy working with women who are pregnant or postpartum and trying to navigate life before or after baby. Having proper support during these times is crucial and often times overlooked. My services provide clients with the guidance they need to live life to the fullest.
I offer a variety of techniques into therapy to meet the individual needs of each client. I focus sessions on treating the whole person with a solution focused approach to the present "here and now." I feel often we forget to focus on what's important right in front of us.
