I'm a passionate advocate for therapy and the positive effects it can have on your life. As a Christian, African American therapist I enjoy working with others who are navigating race, faith and therapy. Many of my clients are the first in their family or community to seek out therapy. My mission is to provide therapy that is non judgmental and empowering.
