Hello! Let's be honest, life is hard. Finding someone who you trust to guide and walk alongside you, is even harder. As a therapist I strive to be someone who can offer a space that is free of judgement, expectations, and is full of warmth and acceptance. I consider my role as a counselor to be one that I hold in high regard. I find genuine fulfillment in being able to meet people where they are and help them toward healing and growth.
I primarily use humanistic and goal oriented approaches when working with clients. We all have goals in life and it is my immense pleasure to help you reach those goals. Because I use a humanistic approach I understand that people are complicated and beautiful.
Being able to trust another person enough to let them help you through your struggles is a very brave and courageous thing. When people choose to trust me with their life stories, I am truly humbled. There is nothing more important to me than being able to meet people where they are and walk through their struggles alongside them.
