I have been helping people for over 28 years in a variety of settings. I am trained and experienced in working with individuals of all ages, particularly teens, young adults, seniors, and couples/families. I deal with issues related to aging, anxiety, depression, family discord, grief, life transitions, parenting, trauma, and other challenges.
