I believe the therapeutic relationship is central and that many of our struggles come from wounded relationships and difficulty with connection. I work to build a relationship of deep empathy and connection with my clients in addition to providing tools for working with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, body image, self esteem, relationship struggles, career transitions, grief, and interpersonal struggles.

"Be gentle with yourself." I am a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology, a trained therapist (LCSW), and a hypnotherapist focused on past life soul regression and shadow and dream work. I am specialized in mindfulness providing individual therapy to help individuals in the treatment of stress, anxiety, depression, and gender issues. I am clinically trained by Dr. Brian Weiss in Past Lives Regression to address trauma and phobias. I am also a National Certified Hypnotherapist (CH) by the National Guild of Hypnotists an excellent approach to use with clients to improve quality of life.

I am so excited to announce that I have a beautiful new office space. I attended Harding University and graduated with my B.A. in Psychology and my M.S. in Counseling. I have 28 years of experience in the mental health field. I primarily treat adults who are suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, grief, bipolar disorder, and personality disorder. I also have a certification in grief therapy. I believe that every client I treat deserves respect and has the ability to empower themselves to meet their individual life goals. I love what I do and I appreciate every client who walks through my door.

I have been a counselor and internationally recognized teacher for over 30 years.
