My ideal client is someone who is higher functioning and has some self-awareness. My ideal client is between the ages of 25-40, struggling with managing emotional distress, and often has issues with relationships in their lives. My ideal client is in a place where they are ready to do the work, even if it's uncomfortable. Their needs are often centered around building confidence, improving emotional regulation, setting boundaries, and building healthy relationships with themselves and others. My clients desire to obtain peace in their lives, even if that means letting go of what no longer serves them.
I help my clients recognizing the value in vulnerability and guide them through the uncomfortable feelings that come up around growing and changing. I specialize in helping clients feel confident to face any challenges that may come their way in life and feel fully capable of managing the emotions that come up around those challenges.
