All Wellness Community Center and our state certified clinicians are committed in assisting individuals of all ages in striving for mental health wellness through client-centered care, one step at a time. We are a Community Mental Health Center providing comprehensive services and all-around wellness in our community by helping individuals and families through wellness, psychotherapy, neurobiological, holistic and therapeutic services.

Our comprehensive services include: individual, couples and family counseling, psychoeducation groups and workshops, psychotherapeutic groups, psychosocial rehabilitation, trauma-informed care, compassion fatigue support, parent support groups, outreach and prevention, certified and qualified supervision, continuing education and training for professionals.

We provide sound clinical counseling motivated by a set of values and special focus on mood, trauma, self-compassion, attention, and anxiety. As clinicians we understand that the clinical needs of an individual can sometimes be a barrier to growing spiritually, emotionally and in having a positive effect on the lives of others.

Trauma Process Group

Hosted by

A process group providing psychodrama, somatic and experiential methodologies in a supportive and cohesive atmosphere. We support the opportunity to address our history of trauma, violence or abuse and its effects on responses to daily living, how we relate to ourselves and others, while encouraging acceptance, courage and compassion. There is a waiting list for this group that opens twice a year. If interested in this group please contact us for an individual screening session before joining the waiting list. Due to Covid-19 social distancing recommendations, this group could be conducted via video-conference until further notice.

PSR teaches emotional, cognitive, and social skills to those with mental illness or disabilities live and work in their communities as independently as possible through a client-center approach and 1. assists older adults affected by presenting physical, and interpersonal limitations. 2. improve life, social support, empowerment, communication and coping skills in young adults living with neurological or mental health diagnoses to transition into more effective and independent living.
