Is Therapy for you? Life is an incredible journey but is not without its challenges. While some of those experiences are beyond our control, many are the outcome of our choices. We can find ourselves in unfulfilling relationships, challenging times or lack luster careers. Our thoughts can take us to negative places where depression, anxiety and feelings of being overwhelmed may take control. Usually people seek out therapy when they are having a hard time managing it alone. It's one of those things that we resist, convinced that we can work it out ourselves. Most of the times we do yet when we feel unhappy, therapy can help.
I am a TeleHealth Therapist and use secure HIPPA compliant video for all sessions. My experience includes Coaching in PreMarital and Marital issues. Also in Grief, Relationship Problems, Depression, Anxiety, Work & Career issues, and Stress Management.
