During my time as a therapist, I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of clientele, including individual clients, family systems, couples and the LGBTQ+ community. At one time, I was the director and facilitator of a local, court approved, Adult Anger Management Program. I have counseled a variety of therapeutic issues including relationship difficulties, grief, anxiety, depression, postpartum depression and PTSD.
While my preferred therapeutic method is Person-Center Therapy, I have practiced a great deal of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Solution Focused Therapy. It is a strongly held personal belief that a therapist should meet the client where they are in life and then proceed from there.
I foster an environment of openness, inclusion, and positivity with no judgement. I believe I can be a supportive catalyst for positive change in a person’s life, no matter what stage of life they are in.
