Sessions are conversational and often include humor, creating a grounded space to explore emotions and personal narrative.

Aly offers trauma-informed therapy grounded in EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, and relational approaches. She supports clients in processing difficult experiences, reducing distressing symptoms, and building greater emotional clarity and stability. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is available when clinically appropriate.
