Helping people feel strong, confident, and calm- this is what I am passionate about. At Bayou Wellness I work primarily with teens and adults. When life gets overwhelming, we can lose sight of who we are, or who we want to be. Each of us is fighting an internal battle, but peace is possible. Together, we can dive into the experiences, patterns, relationships, and beliefs that have shaped who you are today to find the stories of resilience, bravery, and hope. Life isn't perfect- my goal is to help you find balance and feel centered in a world that can sometimes turn us upside down.
I provide a supportive trusting environment, characterized by honest communication, empathy, and a respectful curiosity. My specialties include Mindfulness and Strength-Based techniques, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have received formal training in Trauma Focused CBT and Suicide Prevention.
My mission as your counselor is to provide you with the necessary tools to help you cope with life’s challenges and enhance your well-being.
