As a counselor, I bring warmth, directness, authenticity, and even humor when appropriate in my sessions. I see each client as they are in their own individuality and respect them as the only expert about what they want or need in their lives. My goal is to always meet my clients where they are in their journey and to remain beside them as a guiding support in their steps toward toward their desired quality of life.

I can't do this anymore. I am tired of battling the same negative thoughts over and over. I am on a cycle of depression that leads to unhealthy coping which make me feel more shame and then the depression hits again. My relationships with my family are suffering. I feel stuck and unsure of which way to turn. Who can I trust? Can I really change?
