Footprints was started by a therapist who realized that often times the services provided to low socio-economic communities is lacking quality care. We noticed these communities were confronted with long wait times, disrespectful admins, and subpar treatment. The one and only purpose was to exploit the community for profit without providing the level of care deserved. Feel Better Therapy began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been providing therapy to various client populations in several different settings for over 14 years. I have assisted clients in overcoming many obstacles and issues, including mental health problems like anxiety, depression, and trauma; substance abuse and chemical dependency; domestic violence; as well as relationship problems. I work with individuals and couples. My approach is person-centered/client-directed; strengths-based; outcome-informed, feedback-informed, and trauma-informed; as well as solution-focused. I am continuing professional development through training.

Although I work predominantly with children and adolescents, I truly have a passion for working with anyone who is ready to gain control back. I have worked with clients who have suffered from a variety of mental health and substance use issues. In addition, I have worked with client who are struggling with finances, grief and loss, chronic medical concerns, and relationship stressors. My goal is offer support, teach skills, and work towards achieving their identified goals.

Hello! My name is Stephanie. I am an LMSW and psychotherapist with experiences working with mental health and substance use. I approach therapy from a holistic mind/ body perspective. I utilize evidenced based practices such as; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as attachment/ abandonment recovery therapies (and several other modalities listed below). I am additionally a level (2) reiki practitioner, and offer reiki services for ongoing healing and relaxation.
