I've helped people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship concerns. Often, I see people who in many regards function well (at home, work, and in the community), but struggle with deep pain or dissatisfaction that is difficult to grasp, let alone, release.
I specialize in a psychoanalytic approach to therapy. There are automatic, unconscious, but often useful ways we mask our pain that prevent us from a greater sense of meaning, aliveness, and freedom to live fully.
