I want to help you learn and believe that you are not alone, you are not to blame, and with help – you will be well and happy again.
My experience is broad and includes depression, anxiety, disruptive behaviors, relationship issues, grief, trauma, and Perinatal/Postpartum. Each client is unique and therefore my therapy approach is individualized and centered on your specific needs using treatment modalities that include CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, and DBT.
