Depression and/or anxiety may be dictating your life at the moment, but it doesn't have to be that way. That's what I want to help you with.

I would like to begin by saying thank you for taking the time to invest in yourself and review my profile. I am excited to begin your journey of growth and recovery in all areas of your life along with you. I am passionate about working with adolescents, teens, and adults who are hoping to overcome trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, addictions, self-harm, grief, mood disorders, and anyone who is struggling with domestic violence or abuse. I will work alongside of you from a client-centered approach to assist in identifying your individual needs and goals in a therapeutic setting. I now have two locations for in person sessions.

We have many experiences that have led us to this place today. I would like you to know that we are all recovering in many ways. I am here to support you, to help you gain insight into the thoughts and feelings that continue to hold you back! There is a solution! My hope is to guide you in gaining a fresh perspective, by providing insight into what is going on inside of you! It is truly an inside job! We can work on the outside all day long, but if we have unresolved issues, constant sadness, hurt feelings, anxiety, fear of everything, and untreated trauma, then nothing on the outside can work! I am a LCSW who works with adolescents and adults, both men and women. I enjoy working with individuals who are in some type of transition in their life-you may be a high school student trying to decide what you want to do following your graduation, you may be a young adult getting married, having a child, starting your career. You could be a parent who finds themselves alone as your children have all left home and you don't know how you will manage each day. You could be retiring, possibly having to retire too soon due to downsizing or medical issues.

My approach to counseling is based upon sound training, professional expertise and personal growth. My goal is to provide experienced and compassionate care, to provide practical and problem specific interventions to assist you in developing the tools needed to achieve your personal and mental health goals. I offer individualized, psychological care in a telehealth format to treat depression, marital, family and teen issues, anxiety, trauma, emotional-regulation and behavioral issues.
