My perfect client is someone who wants to enhance their overall well-being—mentally, physically, and spiritually. I welcome individuals of any ethnicity, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, age, religion, and gender. I work with individuals, families, couples, children, and relationships. Every client is unique, so they will receive a customized plan for their therapy. I integrate various therapeutic approaches to offer a diverse range of therapies. My goal is to support positive behavioral changes, enhance relationship skills, improve coping abilities, and assist in making informed decisions.
