My approach focuses on creating a therapeutic relationship to support those working towards trauma recovery, addressing dissociation, fostering personality development, emotional regulation or helping process burnout with fellow therapist and healthcare professionals.

Individuals, couples, families, from late adolescence to senior adults, all cultures, races, religions, sexual orientation; those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, grief, loss, relationship issues; military families trying to strengthen relationships and adjust to changes faced; as a cancer survivor, dealing with acute and chronic illness.

Life can be challenging and obstacles can arise at anytime. I am here to help you learn the tools you will need to live a healthier and more fulfilling life.
